The annual Glenn Cunningham Weakfish Tournament had to contend with a few issues, but ended up with great success.
The tournament dinner was held Saturday night and was quite well attended.
Stormy weather caused the tournament to be moved from Saturday to the raindate of Sunday, October 4, and then the anglers had to endure some heavy morning fog and a lack of weakfish. It turned out, however, to be a beautiful day.
Prizes were awarded at Frank’s Boats by Stephen and LuAnn Cunningham Burin, who did a great job chairing the tournament.

Dick Omrod took first place in the men’s division with a 9.4 pound striper (and made it back for breakfast before the fog arrived!).
