The annual Glenn Cunningham Fall Classic Tournament was held September 17 and was a great success. It was chaired by Stephen and LuAnn Cunningham Burin.
The weather Saturday was windy and then it started to rain in mid-afternoon. Not too many “keepers” were caught.
The tournament dinner was held at the Firehouse Saturday night and was quite well attended despite foul weather. That’s Jackie Cunningham in the foreground…

Prizes were awarded after dinner by Herb Hollinger, Jr.
First place in the Women’s Division went to Candy Jankowski, who caught a 1 pound bluefish.
In the Men’s Division, Tourney Co-Chair Steve Burin took second place, also catching a 1 pound bluefish.
And taking first place in the Men’s Division was Herb Hollinger, Jr, with a 2 pound flounder. He had his Dad, Herb Sr, come up to present the award and also to be recognized for all of his own contributions to the success of the SFEC…
Steve and LuAnn also recognized Herb for having the greatest overall catch.
