To chairpeople for any kind of SFEC event:
Please use this form to list the expenses and revenues for your event and submit the completed form to the Treasurer.
Please note that if you wish to have pre-event publicity and/or post-event results posted on the club website, you must provide information directly to the webmaster at sfec@comcast.net.
Please e-mail pre-event information including date, time, place, eligibility to participate (just for club members?) and a description of the event, including any posters you would like on the website.
Also, please follow up with a post-event e-mail message that includes results (winners, fish sizes, number participating, thank-you’s to folks involved, etc.). We try to get pictures of award winners, etc, but if you could get some pictures during the event itself (just fishing – even without a catch) and forward them that would be great.
Note that you must provide this info to the Webmaster to get it on the website and to the Corresponding Secretary to have it published in the newsletter. Sending it to one doesn’t take care of both.
We will normally get such information published on the website within 72 hours of submission.
