Our June 26 Flounder Tournament was a great day! Dave and Carol Ferguson coordinated the tournament and Frank's Boats once again hosted the weigh-in, awards and refreshments. Here Rob Coffey cooks up some burgers for the hungry fishermen... 
The kids look like they're at a candy store as Dave lines up the trophies... 
. First place in the Children's Division was a tie between Joey Owens and Bud Casper, each catching a 4.0 pound flounder. A coin-flip determined the first-place trophy winner. 
Third place went to Ted Stabolepszy (3.75 pounds) 
In the Junior Division, first place went to Matt Schad (3.0 pounds) - not pictured. . For the Women's Division, first place went to Grace Garrity (3.25 lbs), second to (Mom) Alice Garrity (3.10) and third to Nancy Freed (2.75). 
In the Men's Division, first place went to Randy Magdin (4.90 lbs), second place to Ed Quarry (3.95) and third place to Mike Owens (3.90). 
 in the Senior Division, First place went to Herb Hollinger, Sr. (3.50 lbs), second to John Bozarth (3.35) - not pictured - and third to Frank Jankowski (2.6). 
The overall winner in the tournament, the Florrie Andress Memorial Trophy, for the total weight of three fish, was Mike Owens at 10.5 lbs! 
And winning the Special Award for the biggest fish caught by an SFEC member, a hand-painted flounder picture painted and donated by by Carol Ferguson, was Herb Hollinger, Sr. 
An appreciative audience watched as Candy announced the trophy winners.
